The Whittier Cosmetology Salon offers a variety of beauty services to the public. All services are performed by students and supervised by an instructor. Students are trained in Hair Styling, Hair Cutting, and a variety of Hair Coloring Techniques, Permanent Waving, Skin Care and Nail Care.
Hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Our warm and welcoming atmosphere makes for an enjoyable experience. We ask clients to allow time in their schedule for student/teacher consultation, instruction, and assessment of completed student work.
Cosmetology students are able to help women who are undergoing cancer treatment feel more beautiful. The program allows students to fit and style wigs for women suffering from hair loss. Whittier’s Cosmetology Salon will be dedicated to this program on the first Wednesday of each month.Those interested may contact the school for information on eligibility or for an appointment by calling 978.373.4101 x348.

Students majoring in Business Technology and Marketing operate two stores on the Whittier campus appropriately named "J. Greenleaf" and "Whitt's End." Customers will find everything from school brand apparel to jewelry and novelty items. The stores are open from 8:30 to 1:00 p.m. on school days.

The Poets' Inn is a full-service restaurant which provides "real-world" experiences to Culinary Arts students training for careers as chefs, bakers, restaurant managers and related food service industry jobs.
The Poets’ Inn Restaurant is open to the public for breakfast and lunch on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays when school is in session.
Breakfast is served from 8:30am to 10am
Lunch is offered from 11am to 12:30pm…with the addition of seasonal buffets on holidays - Please call to inquire.
