Midyear Exams Jan. 16-19 & Freshmen Halftime Show

All students will take midyear exams in their academic classes and vocational-technical programs next week. Week One students will take their academic exams in the morning during periods 1-4, and Week Two students will take their exams in the afternoons during periods 5-8.

All freshmen will participate in the Freshmen Halftime Show during the mornings or afternoons when they do not have exams. To help them choose their vocational-technical program -- which they will do next week -- they will hear presentations from vocational - technical teachers. Other topics that will be covered during the four 1/2 days are: student government, sports, clubs, safety, and on Friday, a panel of alumni will visit with them to share advice and their experiences after graduation.

The academic week exam schedule is:

Tuesday, Jan. 16: Periods 1 & 2

Wednesday, Jan. 17: Periods 3 & 4

Thursday, Jan. 18: Periods 5 & 6

Friday, Jan, 19: Periods 7 & 8
