Wildcat Speaker Series Welcomes Levi Strezpek (WT Class of '16)

On Tuesday, January 17th, Whittier Alum Levi Strezpek, Class of 2016, returned to Whittier Tech to speak to the Class of 2026. Levi Strezpek was in Advanced Manufacturing (Machine Technology). This was the second presentation in the Wildcat Speaker Series. This series is a focal point of this year’s Grade 9 Exploratory Program.

After graduation, Strezpek has worked in the industry on various aerospace and defense projects at Inventex, INC. He is also a member of the United States Marine Corps Reserves as a Radio Operator. Strezpek provided the Class of 2026 helpful tips on how to be successful upon graduation, particularly how to start your own business. The skills he learned at Whittier helped him to be able to do this.

SkillsUSA holds a special place in Strezpek’s heart. While a Wildcat, Strezpek took advantage of every opportunity SkillsUSA offered to him. He was a two-time MA SkillsUSA Gold Medalist and a two-time participant at the SkillsUSA National Competition. In 2015, Strezpek won a Bronze Medal in CNC Milling. To this day, he is still grateful for his experiences while a SkillsUSA member. Strezpek said, “Not only does it look great on your resume when heading into a trade, but it is also a great opportunity to learn.”
