Moving forward with our CTE celebration, let’s visit HVAC-R with a stop back in Dental Assisting to see how they view CTE.

One of the Essential Elements of the SkillsUSA Framework that is evident in these two programs comes from the Workplace Skills component: Leadership. Students in HVAC-R and Dental Assisting influence the hearts, minds, and actions of others in their everyday practice. Students build and model trust while fostering hope and compassion. This establishes the stability necessary to achieve their career goals.
