CTE Month Day 14, Vocational Coordinator Mrs. Crosby

For our month-long CTE celebration, we shared how students and staff view CTE. Let’s continue looking at how our vocational coordinators view CTE. 

Today, we visit Amanda Crosby, one of Whittier’s Vocational Coordinators. As a Vocational Coordinator, Mrs. Crosby makes sure staff and students work on their Self-motivation Skills. These skills fall under the SkillsUSA Framework of Personal Skills. In order to be successful in your career, you must exhibit a passion for life and the career. Each vocational instructor showcases his or her own passion every day. This transfers over to the vocational students.
