CTE Month Day 6, Culinary Arts and Metal Fabrication

As we continue our month-long celebration of CTE month, let’s take a look at how students in the Culinary Arts and Metal Fabrication shops view CTE.

One of the Essential Elements of the SkillsUSA Framework that is evident in these two programs comes from the Workplace Skills component: Teamwork. Students in Culinary Arts and Metal Fabrication have to work together to achieve a common goal. This can be done by honoring one’s contributions and strengths in order to foster positive working relationships. This will allow the job to get done in a safe manner.
