CTE Month Comes to an End

As our CTE month-long celebration comes to a close, we acknowledge our final SkillsUSA Essential Element: Professional Development Skills under the Technical Skills component of the Framework. By engaging intentionally in learning experiences that contribute positively to career path progression, students at Whittier Tech are well on their way to becoming world-class workers, leaders, and responsible community members. Our goal is to improve the quality of our nation’s future skilled workforce by focusing on the essential elements of the SkillsUSA Framework to provide every member the opportunity for career success.

This month, members of the Class of 2026 will officially begin their journey forward in their trade. Our newest pathway, Marine Technology, will officially welcome the first members of the program. Best of luck to all grade 9 students as they start their next chapter!
