Whittier Tech Alum Returns

Maeve Dubiel, class of 2016, returned to the halls of Whittier Tech this past week to speak to the Criminal Justice classes. The Criminal Justice classes are taught by Alex Valhouli and Patrick Allen. Dubiel was a member of the Culinary program but went on to become the Assistant Director and Program Coordinator of the Merrimack College Police Academy.

Academy Director Ray Mooney accompanied Dubiel on her visit. They shared the various pathways to Criminal Justice and how the Merrimack College Police Academy can be a resource.

When talking about Whittier, Dubiel stated, “Whittier Tech provided me with the proper tools and skill sets to be successful in my career today. The faculty and staff, as well as sports, at Whittier Tech, helped build my confidence in many ways and encourages me to expand on my professional and academic development.”
