CTE Month Day 9, Collision Repair and Auto Technology

Happy Monday! Today we continue our month-long celebration of CTE month by taking a look at how students in the Collision Repair and Auto Technology shops view CTE.

One of the Essential Elements of the SkillsUSA Framework that is evident in these two programs comes from the Technical Skills component: Service Orientation. Students in Collision Repair and Auto Technology are the most effective when they meet the needs of internal and external customers in respectful ways. This is demonstrated by being respectful and courteous to customers at all times while handling potential difficult situations with tact and self-restraint. Staying focused and customer-orientated while at work will be the key to success.
