CTE Month Day 10, Engineering and Early Education and Care

As we continue our month-long celebration of CTE month, let’s take a look at how students in the Engineering and Early Education and Care shops view CTE.

One of the Essential Elements of the SkillsUSA Framework that is evident in these two programs comes from the Personal Skills component: Responsibility. Students in Engineering and Early Education and Care take ownership of their work performance, behavior, and actions. In order to be successful in these careers, students must honor commitments and complete work and assignments on time. If mistakes are made, they should own them and learn from them. This will allow growth.
