WT Students Participate in Day on the Hill Event

The Massachusetts Association of School Committees (MASC) held its annual Day on the Hill legislative advocacy event on May 4. Students from many of the Massachusetts Vocational-Technical Culinary Arts programs served gourmet local favorites. Four Whittier Tech students represented the Wildcats with some tasty desserts: Sophomore Michael Marin Montilla from Haverhill, Juniors Russell Poor from Merrimac and Naima Bogran from Haverhill, and Senior Cierra Townshend from Haverhill. Culinary Arts Instructor Kris Crovetti and Hospitality Management Instructor Nicolle Grupposo accompanied these students.
